Get Analytics Usage

GET 
/v1/analytics/usage

Return 30-day usage analytics for the caller's active API key.

Response is rate-limited at 60/minute per identity (user_id when authenticated, client IP otherwise) - read-only but three SQL rollups per call, so a cheap bucket protects a single-worker deployment from pathological clients.
